REAL ESTATE SURVEYOR (Delhi)
 
To survey the market at Delhi and source
avaliable property for sales and leasing.
 
LEASING ()
 
- Leasing of Malls. Study the catchment mkt, create viability options & strategise the development mix.
- Have excellent network with retail brands and anchor stores.
- Proficient with Final negotiation and transacting across category of retailers.
- Planning the correct Tenant Mix for the Shopping MallMaking Leasing Presentatation
- Must have good contacts with big corporates for Commercial Leasing.
 
SALSES & MARKETING ()
 
- At least 3years of relevant experience in sales & Marketing field
- Develop and implement the Marketing strategy, Establish and manage new brokers, alliances and partnerships.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
- Making presentations and pitches to the corporates and HNI clients.
- Must have hands on Customer Relationship Building.
- Meeting Sales Target without any failure.
- Candidate should be able to handle the profile on an independent basis.
- Candidate should have excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Candidate must have good judgmental skills.
 
FINANCE & ACCOUNTS ()
 
- Maintenance of accounts work related to accounts & Finance, Excise, Sales Tax , Service Tax.
- Payment of Advance Tax of I-tax & FBT.
- Maintenance of TDS records & filing of return.
- Finalisation of accounts and Balance sheet of company.
- Prepare statutory accounts for audit purpose & coordinate annual audit.
- Exposure to statutory payments and filing of returns like TDS, VAT, Service Tax.
- Candidates should be holding bachelor?s degree/diploma with relevant experience into Accounting field. Preferred experience as an Accountant, Accounting Manager, Auditor, Chartered Accountants (CA), ICWA, Financial Manager, Financial Analyst and Investment Analyst and Financial Officer.
 
LEGAL ()
 
- Must be CA, CS, LLB.
- Must be very strong in finance, accounts, law, company secretary affairs.
- Experience in legal department, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and legal Drafting
- Liaison Officer / Legal Officer should be street smart having experience in dealing with - Government departments and courts of law / advocates
 
HUMAN RESOURCES ()
 
- support in all Human resource functional areas Benefits, employee relation, Communication, total reward, maintains accuracy of the data in HRIS systems and serves as a single point of contact for all employee relation questions.
- Lead and execute the HR reporting function by ensuring the HRIS is maintained in a t timely and an accurate manner.
- Assist in the defining and refining of the policies to balance the employee and organizational needs. Ensures consistent communication of the same to foster a positive, collaborative and engaged environment.
- Minimum Graduate / MBA with 3 Yrs of Relevant experience.
-abilities and managing a diverse group of people is an added advantage.
- Should have good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to mentor/lead a team. - A consistently good record in sales or sales management. Should be a local resident.
- Should be confident, smart, energetic and presentable. Having strong network in the City.
